Fair Treatment of Suppliers

79% of PRUPIM’s suppliers were paid within 26 days in 2007. The 9% fall compared to 2006 is due in part to taking over payments for all properties in the Retail and Institutional Fund, whose accounts take longer to settle. We anticipate that the launch of our new invoice processing system (due in Spring 2008), in combination with closer monitoring of our invoice settlement periods, will help to reduce delays in future.
