Manchester Arndale is the largest in-town shopping centre in the UK and attracts around 500,000 visitors each week. Prudential purchased the property in 1996, and PRUPIM has since managed the £150 million redevelopment programme that is set to transform the Centre and the retail landscape of Manchester.
