Malcolm has a wealth of risk, compliance and operational experience having worked at William M Mercer Consulting, Coopers & Lybrand (management consulting) and more recently for nine years at Barclays Global Investors where he held the roles of Head of Risk Management and latterly Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for UK/Europe.

Qualifications: Economics degree from the University of London
