This process identifies lease restructuring, refurbishment and redevelopment opportunities, which our asset managers and development specialists implement.
Leasing and Rent Reviews
We have a wealth of experience of carrying out lettings across all the main commercial property sectors. This keeps our asset managers close to their markets and helps us to ensure that our property investments are income-producing again as quickly as possible and that existing occupiers’ leases are renewed in a timely and efficient manner.
Many of PRUPIM’s asset managers have extensive experience as specialist lease renewal and rent review surveyors. This expertise has been built up over many years of dealing with some of the biggest and most complex reviews across all principal sectors of the UK commercial property markets.
