Pooled Funds

We manage a Pooled Property Fund, which is open to UK Pension Funds, enabling them to gain access to the UK commercial real estate market through a diversified portfolio of property investments.

The Fund is actively managed and benchmarked against competing funds through the CAPS Survey of Pooled Pension Funds.
