Job Title: DIRECTOR OF FUND MANAGEMENT

Profile: Steffan is responsible for PRUPIM's long income funds, including a secured property income fund and the property element of Prudential's annuities funds.

Steffan took on responsibility for the Prudential's Pooled Pension Fund and Prudential's Prufund in mid 1990. Later he added the Mercantile & General Fund and the Prudential's Staff Pension Scheme to his responsibilities. Steffan joined from Kleinwort Benson Investment Management, where he was a manager in the property investment team acting on behalf of segregated and unit linked pension funds. Prior to that Steffan was an Associate Partner at Drivers Jonas, Property Consultants, where he advised a range of major property owners.

Qualifications: Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, BSc, Dip. Est. Man., IMC.

Steffan is registered with the Financial Services Authority as an approved person under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
