Responsibilities

John oversees the Fund Management Team and is responsible for the strategy and investment decisions for the entire range of PRUPIM managed funds.

Career History

John began his career at PRUPIM in 1978 and in 1996 he took on the role of Fund Director with responsibility for fund management of Prudential With Profits Life Fund which grew from £3.1 billion to £9.1 billion over the period. John is currently the Head of Fund Management at PRUPIM.

Qualifications

Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.             

Honours Degree in Estate Management from Reading University.

Professional Affiliations

Member of Association of British Insurers Property Panel.

John is a Commissioner of the Church of England and as such he serves on the Board of Governors and the Assets Committee.

Member of Investment Property Forum.
