Responsibilities

Paul is responsible for the overall direction of property research within PRUPIM, heading up the Global Property Research Team which includes five property economists and two performance analysts.

Career History

Paul joined PRUPIM in 1987 and took over management of the Property Research Team in 1990.  Prior to joining PRUPIM Paul was a Lecturer and Senior Lecturer at Oxford Polytechnic from 1981-1987.
