Targets 2007/08

The table below details our people targets for 2007/08. Due to the considerable work that went into establishing meaningful and stretching targets at the start of 2007, we made a conscious decision to set these on a longer time period. All these targets therefore share the completion deadline of 31 December 2008, spanning an 18 month period. We will report on our interim progress against these in our next report.

People Targets

At least maintain 71% of PRUPIM employees stating that they 'believe PRUPIM is a good place to work' in the annual PRUVIEW employee survey.

At least maintain 66% of PRUPIM employees stating that they 'believe our involvement in community and environmental activities brings business benefits to PRUPIM' in the annual employee survey.
