The table below summarises our performance against supplier targets for the period 1 January 2006 to 31December 2006. Further details relating to progress can be found in the audit of progress against targets.

Monitor the proportion of construction contractors appointed by PRUPIM who have a corporate EMS in place.	This target was not progressed during 2006 as the threshold of spend above which we intended to monitor contractors' environmental management systems was too high. This meant that none of PRUPIM's appointed contractors fell within the threshold.	0%
Develop a timber purchasing policy to cover all our business activities.	In collaboration with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), we developed a timber purchasing policy, although this did not happen until January 2007.	75%
Buying Force to monitor facilities suppliers' engagement with sustainability standards at thier regular Supplier Forums and report back to PRUPIM on thier performance standards.	Buying Force has been actively monitoring ou suppliers with a range of tools developed to gauge supplier performance againt pre-determined sustainability standards.	100%

The two percent fall in supplier payments compared to 2005 can be explained by the TEAM payment system which has caused many utility bills to be queried and put on hold (although the process was changed towards the year end to expedite payment).
