Scope of the Report

This report relates to PRUPIM’s UK operations only. It covers the period 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2006, building upon our last report which covered the same period in 2005. We have included only those impacts against which we are measuring our performance using performance indicators. Data generally relates to properties where we have direct management control, including our shopping centre portfolio and 'significant' managed offices. As such, it does not include those properties fully let out to tenants. The precise scope of operations covered by specific key performance indicators differs across impact areas and has been included throughout the report in data qualifying notes.
