Atlantic House, London - Office

Manchester Arndale - City centre shopping centre and offices

The core focus of this project was to rebuild approximately half of the existing shopping centre and to refurbish the remainder, to restore and regenerate the retail heart of Manchester.

The Forum, Fareham - Business Park

The Hub, Birmingham - Distribution/Industrial

The site, which officially opened in June 2007, is the premier distribution and manufacturing park in Birmingham, with excellent access to both the M6 and M5 motorways.

The Strand, London - Offices, Retail and Residential

PRUPIM worked with Capital & Counties (CapCo) on the redevelopment proposals for this site, a 1960's building which had become outdated to the requirements of this prime location.
