PRUPIM have been actively involved in the identification and working-up of schemes where enhanced returns can be achieved through site assembly, improvement in the location, or by securing improvements in planning status.
A number of strategic sites have been secured on this basis and are being actively promoted for development by being taken through the planning process.
These are a combination of both greenfield and brownfield schemes with timescales leading up to development of anything from five to 15 years and including both new settlements and urban extension schemes.
