PRUPIM’s ‘Sustainable development - a framework for decision making’, has been developed to help actively encourage sustainable practices, with the aim of sharing our many years of experience in this area with the property industry as a whole.

This Framework, which lies at the heart of the development process, is intended to promote the adoption of sustainable design solutions and implementation strategies for developments that meet the needs of occupiers, as well as create and sustain investment value. It is designed to identify simple, practical measures that should be adopted by all those involved with development opportunities, as well as more challenging aspirations to go beyond best practice and regulatory compliance.

This Framework will be regularly updated to ensure they continue to reflect prevailing best practice and responds to innovation, changing user and investor expectations and the developing legislative context.
