In a joint venture with Berkeley Homes, PRUPIM will be developing Green Park Village, a visionary mixed-use scheme located on approx 50 acres of land to the north west of the existing Green Park business park. The development will be groundbreaking in concept, sustainable, beautifully landscaped and will create a new community of over 730 houses and apartments, community facilities plus retail and office space set around a lake and will include a new railway station.
