Work will commence at the beginning September on a state of the art headquarters office building at 450 Brook Drive, Green Park .

Benefiting from exceptional views over Longwater Lake, 450 Brook Drive will feature 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m) NIA of office space and  110 private car parking spaces, which are integrated with the surrounding landscape. 

This will be the third speculative office development to start on site at Green Park this year and bring a total of 117,000 sq ft (10,870 sq m) of available space to the 180 acre office park which is currently 99% let.  In addition to 450 Brook Drive, construction is currently underway on two speculative office buildings at 500 and 550 South Oak Way due to be completed in March 2009.
