PRUPIM is responsible for the development of the new Hilton Hotel on the Southside development, which takes the concept of a mixed-use development with office and retail space to the next level, providing a contemporary, efficient and exciting environment for the modern worker and dynamic enterprising organisation alike. The 210-room Hilton Hotel offers conference facilities, a restaurant and a health club (including steam room, solarium, pool, dance/fitness studio and gymnasium). The hotel is situated just off the A33 and is an eight minute drive from the City Centre and a two minute drive from J11 of the M4. It is also within walking distance of Green Park and the Madejski Stadium (one minute drive – four minute walk).

The hotel officially opened in May 2009 and with facilities provided at Kennet Island, aims to meet the diverse needs of a thriving business community.
