Responsibilities

Bob is the Head of Property Development at PRUPIM. The in-house team consists of 25 Development Managers and Projects Managers plus admin support. Projects range in size from £5 million to over £100 million with the value of the current development pipeline being in excess of £1 billion.

Career History

Bob joined PRUPIM in 1968 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1973. He moved to the Property Development team in 1985 and worked on a wide range of major development projects throughout the UK until 1990. He then joined the Investment team and was subsequently appointed a Regional Director in 1993. He took up the post of Director of Property Development in 2002.
