Responsibilities

David is the Director of Property Development at PRUPIM.  The in-house team consists of Development Managers and Project Managers plus admin support. Projects range in size from £5 million to over £100 million with the value of the current development pipeline being in excess of £1 billion.

Career History

David qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1993 and spent the early part of his career in commercial lettings / sales agency in South East markets, working for Dunlop Heywood and Hillier Parker.  He began to specialise in property development when he moved to Knight Frank in 1999, focusing mainly on site sales / acquisitions, development funding, and launching Knight Frank's mixed-use development consultancy service line in 2003.  David joined PRUPIM in 2007 and became a director of St Edward Homes in 2008.  He took up the post of Director of Property Development in June 2009.
