John is Head of PRUPIM's UK retail asset management team, leading 25 leasing, property management, marketing and customer service professionals and nine shopping centre managers.

Career History

John joined Bass Business Management Scheme in 1991, working for Bass Leisure & Coral Estates Limited on estate management & acquisition development. He began working at PRUPIM in 1998 on the leasing team undertaking professional work, lettings & asset management across sectors & funds in the South West & Midlands. John then transferred to PRUPIM's Fund Management team in 2001 as an Investment Manager where he was responsible for formulating & implementing investment & asset management strategies on the retail portfolio of Scottish Amicable Insurance Fund.
