Our Asset Managers adopt a structured approach to Asset Management based upon setting strategies for every asset under management and creating full written plans that can be agreed with our clients.

For more complex assets, the strategy will be supported by operational business plans. This approach enables team and individual objectives to be set and reviewed for the various experts involved and also enables monitoring and measurement of the expected outputs. 

This process identifies lease restructuring, refurbishment and redevelopment opportunities which we implement through our expert Asset Managers and our experienced team of Development specialists.
