HR works in partnership with managers to improve business performance through people. HR operates as a strategic central function within PRUPIM and is embedded into the business. All of the team's activities are aligned to PRUPIM's business strategy.
The team undertake the full range of HR activities, both strategic and operational, including recruitment and resource planning, learning and development, compensation and employee relations.
We take a proactive role in developing best practice solutions to business issues and identifying where external developments in the HR field can make a contribution to the organisation.
The team comprises a mix of HR generalists, Learning and Development specialists and HR administrators.
