Our Asset Management function is divided into two main teams who implement the asset strategy set by our Fund and Investment Managers. The teams work across specific sectors, regions or funds.

Asset Managers take the lead in directing the implementation of asset strategies. They may be involved in preparing business plans, identifying and evaluating asset enhancement opportunities and implementing any specific objectives. They will take an oversight of the letting strategy to ensure it's delivery, and report to the Fund and Investment Managers on progress.

Leasing Surveyors are responsible for negotiating and setting rent reviews, lease renewals and new lettings, as well as contributing to various asset initiatives to optimise asset performance. Most cases are handled in-house although some work is sub-contracted under the direction of the Leasing Surveyors.

Our Leasing Surveyors and Asset Managers come from a range of backgrounds, most would usually have a Real Estate Management related degree and are qualified chartered surveyors. However, we would consider individuals with relevant experience in the industry.
