Our Development Team work on a wide range of major development and refurbishment projects across all of the main property sectors including regional shopping centres, business parks, retail warehouses, city centre offices and mixed use (including residential) urban renewal schemes.

We are also specialists in Landbanking, which is the purchase or taking of options to purchase strategic sites.

The team identifies opportunities to enhance returns by increasing site value and managing successful development projects. It has an outstanding track record having developed more than 23 million square feet over the last 20 years. We currently have more than five million square feet under construction or being prepared for construction.

For a role within the Development team, you would usually require a relevant professional qualification (RICS or equivalent recognised Surveying or Project Management qualification).
