Property Managers within PRUPIM are responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties, including health & safety, dealing directly with tenants, adjoining owners, local authorities and contractors. In addition the property managers are responsible for the financial management of property budgets, service charges and payments of invoices to third party suppliers, the procurement of services and the maintenance of the fabric and plant.

Our Property Managers come from a range of backgrounds, most would usually have a Real Estate Management related degree and be qualified chartered surveyors.
