PRUPIM prides itself on our disciplined and research-driven approach to property investment. Our nationally respected Property Research Team develops views on UK property markets at local, national and regional levels.

The team also advises on fund investment strategy, portfolio construction and risk control, as well as undertaking performance analysis and carrying out a wide range of asset and topic based research.

We have analysts drawn from economics, geography, mathematics and surveying. A good first degree (and ideally a higher qualification) from these types of discipline is sought when recruiting. Previous experience of property is not necessary, although experience in related fields is required for senior positions.

Good analytical skills, formal training in statistics and (the potential to develop) advanced spreadsheet skills are  pre-requisites, as are excellent written and oral communication and inter-personal skills.
