PRUPIM's shopping centres are headed up on site by Centre Managers who are integral members of our in-house Shopping Centre team, which also consists of an Asset Manager and Property Manager.

The Centre Managers are responsible for maximising the share of the retail business available within the centre's catchment area, and delivering key strategies in order to enhance the value of the asset.

Managers oversee the efficient day-to-day management of the Shopping Centre, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements including health & safety.

They are also responsible for the preparation of budgets and implementation of cost control procedures in the procurement, management and supervision of a wide range of services, together with the liaison with tenants and the local community.

Whilst the overall management of our shopping centre properties remain co-ordinated through PRUPIM, MacLellan International Limited carry out the facilities management services across our entire managed portfolio.
