Salary - a competitive basic salary, benchmarked against the market.

Bonus - annual staff bonus based upon the previous year's business performance, paid in July. Senior employees may also receive a bonus based on their individual performance.

Private Medical Insurance - individual cover with BUPA. Senior employees may also have family cover.

Pension - PRUPIM recognises that retirement benefits are important to our employees.  Employees are offered membership of the Prudential Defined Contribution pension scheme, which the Company makes a contribution to.

Holiday Entitlement - 25 days plus bank holidays. Some senior employees have an entitlement of 30 days.

Work/Life Balance - PRUPIM offers a range of options to help employees manage their work/life balance. This could be help with family responsibilities, study, travel, achieve a personal ambition such as pursing a hobby, or just having a bit more free time. All requests will be considered, regardless of whether you are a parent or have caring responsibilities and whatever your job role and level of seniority.

Examples of the options for flexibility include changes to working hours, taking a career break and the ability to purchase additional annual leave.

Savings Related Share Option Scheme - All employees are eligible to join the Prudential Savings Related Share Option Scheme. Offers are made twice a year to employees to save regular monthly amounts - to either purchase Prudential shares at a discounted rate (normally 20%), or cash in the savings and take a tax-free bonus.

Season Ticket Loan - an interest-free loan to purchase an annual travel season ticket.

Company Car Allowance - depending on the role, employees may qualify for a company car allowance, which is paid monthly.

PRUPIM Employee Assisted Learning (PEAL) - £100 per year is available for activities related to personal learning and development; these do not have to be directly work-related. Examples of activities supported in the past include golf lessons, language studies and flying.

Staff Discounts - a range of Prudential and M&G products are available at discounted rates. These include ISA's, home, car and travel insurance. PRUPIM also has discounts with a number of external companies including legal advice, travel discounts and optical care.

PRUPIM Community Involvment Scheme - PRUPIM offers all staff up to two days off each year to volunteer for a charity of their choice.

Facilities for London based employees - our London Head Office provides access to a subsidised staff restaurant and gym.

Childcare Vouchers - This government backed scheme enables eligible employees to make tax and NI insurance savings on the first £55 per week of your childcare costs by making a salary ‘sacrifice’ in return for a equivalent childcare benefit. The scheme can be used to pay all forms of childcare approved in line with the current Childcare Voucher Legislation.

Cycle to Work Scheme - This government backed scheme enables eligible employees to make tax and NI insurance savings on the purchase of a bicycle between £250 and £1,000 in value.

Please note that reward packages may vary according to contract of employment and location and some benefits are subject to an initial qualifying period, usually six months, as well as individual scheme rules.
