In addition, we have the flexibility to manage a fund against your specific benchmark or on an absolute-return basis.

As well as creating tailor-made portfolios, we are also able to take over existing property portfolios. Where required, we are able to restructure this Fund as well as increase or manage down exposure to the property markets.

To ensure your requirements are consistently met, we appoint a dedicated Fund Director. The Fund Director is responsible for setting and agreeing the strategy, as well as regularly reporting on the Fund's activity and performance.

In addition, we manage real estate investments as part of broader multi-asset portfolios on behalf of Prudential M&G.
