Responsibilities

Chris is responsible for the Prudential Life Fund’s commercial property (all UK offices and industrials) and oversees the development activity of the Fund across the UK.

Career History

Investment and Asset Management have always been a central part of Chris’s role and he has led teams of investment professionals at PRUPIM from an early stage in his career. During the past 10 years his focus has been primarily offices and industrials with considerable volumes of buying and selling through several economic cycles. Chris has been the Fund Manager for the Prudential Life Fund’s commercial sector these 10 years. More recently Chris has fronted the set-up of various indirect investment initiatives on and offshore.

Qualifications

Following a short service commission in the Royal Navy Chris graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 1985.
Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, BSc (Hons)
