Career History

At PRUPIM Phil was initially responsible for assets held within a Life Fund across various geographical locations performing a generalist role including management, leasing, investment and valuation. He later moved to the specialist investment area covering a number of geographical locations (including Central London) focusing on buying, selling and valuation. In the early 1990's Phil was appointed Investment Manager for a Pooled Pension fund, this being a nationally diverse portfolio of commercial property. This role principally encompassed investment and active asset management. In the mid 2000's Phil took on the role of Fund Manager for the fund. In the summer of 2008 Phil was appointed Fund Manager for a newly formed Limited Partnership covering a major South East business park.
