To invest in a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate in Europe seeking to add value through strategic asset allocation, stock selection and asset management. The fund is likely to hold assets predominantly in mature markets including France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Benelux, Portugal, Sweden, Norway and Switzerland.

The principal real estate sectors in which the fund will invest include offices, retail and industrial.  The core proposition is direct real estate investment.
