Fund Objective

The objective of the annuity funds is one of 'cash matching', where the long term commitments of the funds are matched by the long term secure income producing investments.

Investment Approach

The funds are primarily invested in properties let on long leases to highly credit rated tenants. The investment approach is a blend of actuarial bond and property disciplines.
