Our Team

John Wythe - Head of Life and International Funds

John leads a team of Fund and Portfolio Managers responsible for strategy and investment decisions for a number of Funds and PRUPIM's International Property Investment Programme. John joined PRUPIM in 1978 and has an honours degree in Estate Management from Reading University and is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also a Member of the Association of British Insurers Property Panel.

Trevor Hankin - Director : Fund Management

Trevor is responsible for heading up the Asia Pacific Region as part of PRUPIM's International Property Investment Programme. He joined PRUPIM in 1977 and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

David Jackson - Director: Fund Management

David heads up the Europe and North America Regions of PRUPIM's International Property Investment Programme. He joined PRUPIM in 1978 and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Member of the Investment Property Forum (IPF) and a Member of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate.

Rob Tidy - Director: Investment

Rob has been responsible for investment and asset management in continental Europe since 2001. Prior to this he spent seven years in PRUPIM's UK commercial investment team. Rob has a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Jon Rowley - Director: Investment Management

Jon joined PRUPIM in 1989 and is responsible for the North American investment and asset management mandate with David Jackson, as well as UK focused investment and asset management assignments for Scottish Amicable. He has an Honours degree from City University and an Investment Management Certificate (IMC). Jon is also a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Investment Property Forum (IPF).

Agnieszka Miler - Associate Director: Investment Management

Agnieszka is responsible for execution of the Fund including property investment and asset management in continental Europe.  
Prior to joining PRUPIM in 2006, Agnieszka was working at Jones Lang LaSalle and INVESCO Real Estate in the Corporate Finance team where she was involved in the development of the Central European Fund “The Endurance Fund”. Agnieszka holds an MSc in Banking and International Finance and an MA in Property Valuation and Law from Cass Business School at City University. She is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds a Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Securities & Investment Institute.

Simon Ellis - Associate Director: Investment Management

Simon has recently joined the Fund and is responsible for property investment and asset management in continental Europe. He joined PRUPIM in October 2004 and to date has been responsible for transactional work throughout the UK.
Prior to joining PRUPIM, Simon worked in the investment field at King Sturge and CBRE, including a year with the King Sturge Paris office. Simon is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
