It is our role to maximise investment returns through effective real estate investment management. There are core elements to this process, namely Fund Management, Asset Management and Property Management and each of these is able to contribute to ultimate returns.

We believe that strong alignment of these elements leads to better overall returns.

Unlike other investment companies, we run the entire real estate investment management process in-house:

  • Fund Management: Managing property portfolios, stock selection and asset allocation decisions backed by first-class research analysing future cash flows.
  • Asset Management: Maximising long-term value through careful planning, active management, negotiating optimal leases and developing properties to generate income-enhancing opportunities.
  • Property Management: Managing individual properties and developing strong relationships with our property occupiers to generate mutually advantageous situations.

Property Investment Management is more efficient when all three management processes are closely aligned, allowing anomalies to be better exploited in a market generally recognised for its inefficiency. This alignment can best be achieved by having the entire investment management operation carried out by a single, integrated organisation.
