Getting you through the APC is an important first objective. Our training programme has been designed with this in mind and includes a carefully balanced mix of work, study time and support. You can expect to
gain a wealth of experience by rotating between departments, giving you
invaluable exposure to:

• Fund management
• Investment
• Leasing
• Development
• Shopping centre management
• Property management

We recognise the importance of quality time for study and build this into our
programme, along with external courses designed specifically for the APC
assessment. You will be assigned a counsellor who will act as your mentor throughout the programme, providing support and advice
whenever you need it.
