• 1st Stage Interview - Shortlisted candidates will be invited into PRUPIM for an initial face to face interview.
• Assessment Day - Successful candidates will be invited back for an assessment day. On this day, candidates will be invited to a 2nd stage interview in which they will be asked to do a short presentation
Candidates will also be required to take part in a testing session. During this session, they will be required to complete three ability tests – numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning tests. In addition, candidates will undertake a personality assessment.
