On behalf of our clients PRUPIM has taken a leading role in Town Centre Management Partnerships (TCM) and Business Improvement Districts (BIDS) throughout the UK.

We believe that developing closer links with the business community can deliver real benefits for our clients in terms of increased investment value and for our tenants through increased trade and improved and safer urban environments.

PRUPIM has been closely involved in the establishment of TCM and BIDs in many towns and cities in the UK, and we are active participants in a number of schemes where our clients have major property holdings.

By representing our clients’ interests on the Management Boards of TCMs and BIDs we are able to better ensure that their interests are protected and enhanced through initiatives to improve the urban environment and through contact at high level with Local Authorities and other regulatory bodies.

We are proud to have received a number of industry awards and recommendations for business community activities as detailed in the Sustainability Section.

We are currently represented on the Board of the Association of Town Centre Management and on the Boards of a number of BIDS in our major cities.
