Our in-house team work closely with our Facilities Management Partners, DTZ Debenham Tie Leung and MacLellan, to ensure that our managed portfolios comply fully with all legislation and statutory regulations.

We strive to achieve industry leading standards in energy and waste management and have achieved ISO 14001 certification, both as a company and at a number of our major managed buildings.

We take our responsibility for energy conservation very seriously and aim to reduce consumption through improved energy management.

We are working on pilot schemes with The Carbon Trust on a variety of buildings to monitor energy use and improve the carbon footplate.
