Facilities Management is provided through a partnership with DTZ Debenham Tie Leung which is responsible for delivering a transparent, high quality and best value service to the properties we manage (excluding shopping centres). MacLellan is appointed to deliver a similar service for the shopping centres we manage.

We provide a 24/7 property Help Desk which provides you with a one-stop communication point to respond to all property related issues.

The Help Desk tracks the progress of your query or service fault, enabling us to measure how well we are responding and closely monitor the performance of the Facilities Management service from your perspective.
