PRUPIM has an established Major Incident Management structure, based on the model used by the Emergency Services, which has proved effective over a number of years in dealing with terrorist and other major incidents.

Each of our managed buildings has an individual local disaster and evacuation plan which is regularly reviewed.

We have developed close links with the Emergency Services across the country and undertake regular training and scenario exercises at our major office buildings and shopping centres.

A detailed Guidance Manual has been developed and is regularly updated to ensure that our staff at head office and on-site have access to the latest advice on risk and incident management.

We maintain a database of out-of-hours contact details for all our tenants so that we can contact the relevant individuals in the event of an incident.
