The accounting teams include:
- Income Distributions and Funding: Dedicated client team focused on meeting the needs of individual clients.
- VAT: Production of full returns or provision of reports to support the filing of full returns by external parties.
- Covenant Status: A dedicated team to evaluate and monitor tenant covenant strength.
- Service Charge: Reconciliation and shortfall analysis.
- Bought Ledger: Supported by our bespoke electronic scanning system.
- Payment of tax: Deducted under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) to HMRC.
- Credit Control: One-stop service from issuing invoices through to instructing and liaising with Solicitors/Bailiffs and liaising with Insolvency Practitioners.
- Cashiers: Management of client bank accounts, allocation of receipts and process payments by cheque/BACs.
In addition we employ experienced client reporting liaison officers to ensure an effective and continuous dialogue is maintained between us and our clients.
