Facilities Management is provided through partnerships with DTZ Debenham Tie Leung and MacLellan (for shopping centres), who are responsible for delivering a transparent, high-quality and best-value service to the properties we manage.

Our clients receive a comprehensive Facilities Management Service which includes the procurement and performance management of service contracts, full compliance with Health & Safety and other statutory requirements and the preparation of detailed service charges.

In addition, property occupiers are provided with a 24/7 Property Help Desk which gives them a one-stop communication point to respond to all property related issues.

The Help Desk tracks the progress of a tenant query or service fault and generates regular performance management reports, which enables us to closely monitor the performance of the Facilities Management Service, from a tenant perspective.
