Reporting

Key to managing properties on behalf of our clients is the production and delivery of clear reports, containing effective and accurate information, upon which critical decisions can be made.

PRUPIM agrees the reporting suite that the client requires, adapting it to their own specific needs. Standard reports might include:

  • Property inspection reports covering structural condition and issues affecting asset value and readiness for sale.
  • Detailed tenancy schedules covering the status of activities ranging from lease renewals and rent reviews to consent applications and dilapidations.
  • Regular progress reports on asset initiatives and building projects.
  • Quarterly financial reports to meet the requirements of each client.

In addition, comprehensive reports are produced as part of our Property Accounting Service.
