Francis is responsible for the property management of Prudential's Life Fund and Scottish Amicable retail property portfolio, including shopping centres, throughout the UK. He joined PRUPIM in 1985 having gained experience in local authority and private practice commercial property management. He has been a Fellow of the RICS since 1990. Francis is also actively involved in out of town retail issues and represents PRUPIM within Accessible Retail, which is the industry body for retailers, investors and agents.

Martin is responsible for the property management of PRUPIM's commerical property portfolio (excluding retail), throughout the UK and specialises in the active management of major office buildings. He joined PRUPIM in 1985 after working in private practice for over 15 years, where he gained experience in project management, building surveying, Landlord & Tenant and commerical property management. Martin is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a member of the Westminster Property Owners Association, focusing on transport issues, including Crossrail.

Liz is responsible for managing PRUPIM's relationship with its occupier customers and for the continual enhancement of customer service for the benefit of owners and occupiers alike. She joined PRUPIM in 1982 and spent four years working with the in-house legal team before moving to property management. Liz is a member of the British Council of Shopping Centres and represents PRUPIM as a member of REAL SERVICE.
